Cranberry Products

Cranberry, also called Atoca in Quebec or Cranberry in English, has been used by American Indians for centuries. Cranberry belongs to the plant family Ericaceae more common in Europe. The municipality of Saint-Louis-de-Blandford is considered as the provincial capital of cranberries. In Canada Cranberries are harvested in the fall from September until the end of October.
